(IND-Noida) Designer - Civil

MR Assist in the preparation of design documents/ drawings for water and wastewater utilities and structures. Demonstrate proficiency beyond basic CAD such that the individual is capable of providing support to others on the project team. Must take a personal lead in completing tasks and understanding how the tasks need to be modeled, drafted and designed. Provide technical guidance and governance on quality for the team. Guide designers and draftsmen in the preparation of drawings. Review and check work from others and ensure conformance to project requirements Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 8 years experience as a civil/water/agricultural designer/ drafter. Diploma / ITI in Civil or Water or Agricultural Engineering An appreciation of GIS and other hydraulic modeling analysis tools and pipeline engineering design software and how they are translated into a design drawing. Able to understand and interpret input from engineers such as interpretation of hydraulic model output, line diagrams and engineering drawings. Possess skills in 2D and basic 3D. Skill in AutoCAD or Micro Station or Civil3D, - Latest versions Possess basic building information modeling (BIM) skills Civil (Bentley Inroads or Autodesk Civil 3D) or in structural Bently AECOSim or Autodesk Revit. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Experience in mentoring and reviewing deliverables prepared by other members of the conveyance (water) design team.      Some construction experience preferred.
